Bayfront site for picnics & fishing. Recreation area on Browns Bay with wildlife viewing, walking trails, picnic areas & a fishing dock.
"Quiet launch, great for beginners. I would recommend wearing watershoes for launching and if you cannot carry your kayak or paddleboard on your own bring something to help. The launch is a bit of a walk from the parking lot. Nice bathroom and changing areas as well as nicely paved walking trails although they are short. Dolphins greeted us at the launch when we arrived, we also saw a ton of fish and birds while paddling the mosquito lagoon paddle trail (marked with signs)."
"There isn’t a lot of signage to find this little gem. There isn’t a playground, but it is a wonderful place to learn and enjoy the nature side of new Smyrna Beach. there are a couple of picnic tables and restrooms. Bring a leash to walk her dog."
"Beautiful park, decent lagoon access after a short walk, theres a dock and small shallow rocky beach. I saw birds, dolphins, fish, and I suppose an iguana ( invasive, but I can't confirm it whatever it was took us both by surprise ). Found a trash can in the preserve and carried it back."
