Shangri-La Motel

"I love it here. Cute, clean and safe. Within walking distance of some good restaurants and only 3 miles from the beach. The owners are great and on site alot."

"I was in the market for a rental and a friend of mine had lived at Shangri - LA for a year and highly recommend this location. After seeing the room with the realtor it was obvious the new owners had put alot of hard work into this property and continue the up keep on it. After living here 4 months I felt it necessary to give 5 STARS. What's important to me is that I feel comfortable where I live and I have found that here. If your in the market for a rental make this your first stop."

"The Shangri La is a delightful place set on the mainland of New Smyrna Beach. With it's coastal feel it is truly like being on vacation everyday, conveniently and centrally located to everything that New Smyrna has to offer. The owners are hands on and take excellent care of this property and tending to the needs of their tenants. I have been here for ten months and find that the Shangri La is truly a secret gem for long term rental."
